Your puppy has received ___ wormings with Nexex-2. Follow up due at vet’s advice. Note: Routinely check for tape and do general wormings on your vets’ advice. Puppy has received 2 shots with boosters due at 11 and 16 weeks. We use Vanguard DA2PL+CPV by Norden.

Your puppy should be fed three times daily until he/she begins to reject or only pick at the midday feeding at about 4 months. We are very firm believers in feeding the BARF (Bones And Raw Food) diet and highly recommend it for you new puppy. All puppies are guaranteed healthy and of proper breed temperament and charter at time of sale. We strongly suggest you have your new puppy checked by a veterian within 48 hours of arrival. If temperament defect is found at that time or the pup develops a contagious disease within 72 hours we will replace or refund. NOTE: All puppies must be restrained from contact with non-family dogs and public places until after ten weeks of age. Take special precautions when visiting your vet. Sick and contagious pets are most likely encountered there. Do not allow your pup to sniff or wander in or outside the vet premises.

Show prospect puppies are guaranteed to be free of hip dysphasia. Buyer is responsible for having this pups x-rayed at the age of 24-30 months or prior to breeding and those x-rays submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation For Animals, Inc. (OFA). Should there be a question as to the presence of hip dysphasia in this dog, our vet will have final decision. We also guarantee this puppy is free on any eye disease for a period of five (5) years. Buyer shall offer this puppy every opportunity of success in the show ring through proper conditioning and presentation, including the possible services of a professional handler if deemed necessary.

This puppy will carry the seller’s kennel prefix, SAMKITA and will consistently be exhibited in match and AKC shows under such registered name and that the buyer agrees that upon a decision to sell this dog, that the seller must be notified and given first right of refusal to repurchase at a price equal to, or less, than that at which it will be sold to the general public.

The buyer agrees to take good and reasonable care, feed and house him properly, control him when off his premises and to avoid loss by theft, running away, damage by other dogs and to promptly secure the best of veterinary attention to the physical welfare of this dog for the duration of the terms of this agreement. Buyer is responsible for all medical expenses that may be incurred on behalf of this dog. Buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from damages to property, other dogs or persons that may be caused by this dog.

We reserve right of decision to replace. Replacement shall be with a puppy of the same sex and value as originally purchased.

REPLACEMENT: Upon veterinary proof of spaying or altering, we will replace the puppy and the owner may keep or resell the original dog.

RETURN OF DOG: Buyer may return registration certificate and original dog at his/her expense and if so done, seller will be responsible for altering.

CONDITION OF DOG: All guarantee conditions are void upon evidence of neglect or abuse. Dog must be returned mentally and physically healthy unless being replaced for specific health problems which he received proper medical attention.

FEEDING AND REARING: Owner must follow basic rearing and nutrition practices as outlined above and as further advised in telephone and/or written communication as the puppy develops. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact seller at the first sign of health or structural problems and within the limits of accepted veterinary practice to follow the seller’s instructions and advice.

Under the terms of sale and guarantee as outlined above the puppy herein described is represented and sold as show quality.
